What is the deadline for RSVPing?

Please kindly respond to the RSVP 9 months prior to our wedding date which would be July 23, 2023.
When will flights be available to book?

Flights should be released 10 months before, so keep an eye out at end of June 2023.
What is the estimate cost for flights?

We recommend booking flights in advance to secure your tickets as prices and availability are subject to change. Flights from Belfast to Girona typically range from £60 to £150 per person. Please note that this flight operates on select days, so please plan accordingly and arrive by Tuesday to fully enjoy the wedding celebrations.
What is the weather like in the area?

End of April in Palafrugell should be 20-23°C at the warmest and 7-10°C at the coolest.
May I bring a guest to the your wedding?

Given our planned resources, we have limited our guest to keep our day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with our closest family and friends.
What transportation options are available to get to the wedding location?

We plan to organise mini buses to pick up guess at certain pick up points across the local towns. We will be sending out follow-up questionnaires to identify where everyone is planning on staying in order to plan the mini bus route. The mini Buses will also be scheduled to return to these drop off points. If you wish to taxi or drive to Mas Torroella, the address is Mas Torroella Luxury Villa and Spa, Carrer de Fitor, S/N, 17200 Palafrugell, Girona, Spain parking will be available. Trust the satnav, its an interesting drive!
What is the dress code for the wedding?

Dress to impress but be mindful as parts of the wedding will be outside and some on grass, ladies should keep that in mind when considering what heels to wear! As the dinner will be served in the Sunset Garden, it's recommended to bring something light to cover up in the evening.
What type of cuisine can I expect to be served?

After the ceremony there will be hors canapés served at the aperitif along with some live cooking options. Followed by a starter, main course and choice of cake. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have dietary restrictions please inform us in the RSVP.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Our plan is to have the ceremony, aperitif, and dinner outdoors to fully enjoy the beautiful Spanish countryside. The evening party will be indoors with an outdoor chill-out area. However, we do have a plan B in case of rain, and everything will be moved indoors.
